Developed by Lankford & Associates in partnership with Hensel Phelps & Portman Holdings, construction of the Lane Field North Hotel Project began in May 2014 and the completed dual-branded Marriott hotel opened for business at the end of February 2016 as the SpringHill Suites & Residence Inn, San Diego Downtown/Bayfront.
