In 1990, Lankford& Associates, Inc. expanded its operations to include healthcare-related development projects and associated consulting services. In 1991, Lankford&Associates, in conjunction with a major healthcare consulting firm in Denver, secured its first medical project in the western United States. The Medical Park at Covington in Kent, Washington opened in October 1993.
